1-6 Cav was stood back up as an Air Cavalry Squadron in Fort Carson, Colorado in 2007. With the onset of a whole new squadron being born a new identity was needed. I designed this logo with the good ol’ Cavalry in mind. The Latin phrase “Potius Mori Quam Foedari” stands for “Death Before Dishonor”.
